We only deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. For the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland please conditions of use). Please note that if you add special instructions to your order indicating that you would like the delivery to be left outside your property - this is at your own risk.

UK Delivery costs for slippers

When you add a product to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout the delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you proceed to pay for your order. The delivery cost includes our costs in selecting, packing and posting your order.

No quibble guarantee on returned goods

Our aim at the Slipperstore is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the service and quality of our goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Order cancellation must be in writing (telephone calls will not suffice) by, either, recorded delivery letter, email or fax. The written cancellation notice should be received by us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please follow the instructions for returning goods which are on the return slip included with your order. Please return the goods within 7 days of receipt to:The Slipperstore, Kays & Kears Ind Est, Blaenavon, Pontypool, NP4 9AZ.

We will refund product cost and the delivery cost charged originally to send goods to you. The postage cost to return goods to us will be paid by you. The goods must be re-saleable.
Note: Please allow up to 10 days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or up to 30 days for refunds. Refunds will only be issued when the return goods have been received here.Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product. The above postal rates apply to all products, except Wellingtons due to the weight, postage for 1 pair of of wellies is 5.00.

XMAS DELIVERIES - We cannot guarantee that orders placed on or after 18th December will be delivered in time for Xmas. Order early to avoid disappointment.
Orders placed between 18th Dec and 2nd Jan will be dispatched on the 4rd Jan due to Xmas business shutdown. Office will re-open on 3rd January.
